Karl Beck studied Business Administration at the University of Greifswald, the University of California, San Francisco, and the University of Tübingen (Diplom-Kaufmann).

After completing his studies, he began his career in sales at Kaufland, an internationally operating retail company.

Following various leadership roles in the supply chain, he was appointed to the International Purchasing Executive Board in 2014.

Most recently, he was responsible for in-house consulting as a member of the executive management.

Markus Lopata

Markus Lopata studied Business Administration at the University of Mannheim, specializing in Business Taxation, Auditing and Fiduciary Services, as well as Tax Law (Dipl.-Kfm.).

He began his professional career at one of the Big Five auditing firms in Germany.

After holding various leadership positions in the international FMCG sector, he most recently served as CFO of a trading company, where he was responsible as Managing Director for the areas of Finance, Logistics, Human Resources, IT, and Legal.

David YS Lee

David YS Lee studied Business Administration at RWTH Aachen University. He began his professional career as a Brokerage Trader at Citibank in Aachen.

In 2001, he relocated to Korea as Director of Operations for SuSE Linux GmbH, Nuremberg, where he led the market entry of SuSE Linux in Korea.

Throughout his career, he was involved in M&A business for the U.S. hedge fund Platinum Partners LLC in Seoul, among other roles. Starting in 2013, he successfully managed the market entry of the brands FALKE and MARC CAIN as Country Representative.

Since 2018, alongside his role at RITONA, David YS Lee has served as the exclusive distributor for FALKE in Korea.

Ethan Yun

Ethan Yun is the CEO & Managing Director of RITONA Korea, leading the strategic expansion of Korean products and technologies into the European market.

He holds dual master’s degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Digital Marketing & Analytics. His experience spans strategic planning, digital transformation, and global market entry. He previously served as CMO of a KOSDAQ-listed company and as CEO of a telecom firm, overseeing brand strategy and digital infrastructure projects.
